Brett Gough is a senior vice president and an equity partner of Ames & Gough. He has specialized in serving the professional liability needs of design firms for more than 15 years. He is responsible for business development and for addressing the risk management and insurance needs of many key design-firm clients. Brett is active in various industry associations and is often asked to speak and write on professional liability insurance and risk management issues. He currently serves as co-chair of the Membership Committee for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Massachusetts (ACEC/MA). Brett is located in our Boston office.

Brett joined Ames & Gough in 1995. Prior to that, he had interned at Victor O. Schinnerer in 1992.

Brett is a 1993 graduate of the University of South Carolina. He holds a Certificate in General Insurance and is matriculated in the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation program.
