Mike Herlihy, executive vice president and partner, Ames & Gough will be a panelist on a panel entitled “The Risk-Free Contractor and Engineer: Is there a New Business Model?” with Thomas C. Schleifer, Ph.D., research professor, Alliance for Construction Excellence, Arizona State University as the moderator. Mike will be discussing whether the more frequent trends in litigation against construction participants is changing the traditional standard of care.
