Eileen Garczynski, senior vice president and partner, Ames & Gough will co-present a CLE seminar for the Virginia Bar Association with Dennis Quinn, partner, Carr Maloney on “Ways to Avoid Legal Malpractice Claims and Ethics Violations,” Friday, Sept. 6, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. The seminar, which provides 2.0 hours of MCLE Ethics Credit, will be held at the Virginia Bar Association, 105 Whitewood Road, Charlottesville. The program is intended to give law firms an overview of the most common legal malpractice claims (and related risks, such as cyber, management, and employment-related claims), and how to avoid them. The seminar also will be available by Webcast simultaneously on Sept. 6 and rebroadcast on Friday, Sept. 20, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. The seminar will also be accessible by telephone on the same dates and times as the Webcasts, as well as on Thursday, Oct. 31, from 12 noon to 2 p.m. For more information, visit www.vacle.org
