David Corkum of Donovan Hatem and Mike Herlihy of Ames & Gough will discuss ways to best use insurance to manage project risks.  The session, held by the Boston Association of Structural Engineers, will begin with factors to consider when choosing limits, deductible options and professional liability insurance.  They will then discuss what should be included in the general conditions of a structural engineering agreement.  Finally, with the use of an actual claim case study, they will discuss what an engineer should and should not do when attemptiong to resolve a professional liability insurance claim.  For more information please click here.
